Voltaren Emulgel 100g contains the active ingredient diclofenac diethylamine, an antibiotic. It is used to prevent and treat infections (such as cold sores, ear infections, and skin infections) caused by susceptible bacteria and parasites.

Directions for Use:

• For adults and children 12 years and over: rub a drop into the affected area three times a day, as directed by your doctor. Use Voltaren Emulgel for five days. Do not use more than five tablets in a 24-hour period.
• Apply Emulgel five times a day for five days. This may be used once or twice a day. See your doctor for further details.
• If symptoms persist for more than four days, consult your doctor.
• It is important to take Emulgel for the full duration of treatment, but it may be necessary to skip some treatment.
• If symptoms worsen or do not improve after only one week of treatment, or if symptoms do not improve after four weeks, consult your doctor.

Warnings:

Do not use Voltaren Emulgel on the skin:

• If you are allergic to diclofenac or other antibiotics.
• If you have a history of gynaecological disorders such as disorders of blood formation or blood disorders.
